Betterzo / The details
Your details, treated with care.
Clear information for a more considered purchase.
Information you provide
We process the account details, saved addresses, order information, support messages and uploads that you provide when using Betterzo. We also use technical identifiers needed to maintain your bag, saved pieces, sign-in session and website security.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your account, verify email access, process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and protect against misuse. Essential messages include sign-in codes, password recovery and relevant order updates. Marketing subscriptions are separate from these service messages.
Payments, delivery and service providers
PayPal processes PayPal payments; we do not ask you to enter a complete card number into our own checkout form. Relevant information is shared with payment, delivery, email and hosting providers to carry out the requested service. Country and postal-code information may be checked with postal lookup providers. Shipment details are shared when arranging fulfillment.
Account and order records
You can manage saved delivery addresses in My Account, with up to five saved addresses. Deleting a saved address does not alter the delivery details already recorded on an order. Account deletion and privacy enquiries can be requested through the account controls or our contact page. Financial or operational records may need to be retained where required.
Cookies and preferences
Cookies and local device storage support sign-in, your bag, saved pieces and website preferences. Your browser provides controls to manage this storage. Blocking essential storage can affect sign-in or checkout. Contact us if you want help with your information or a newsletter preference.
Keeping your account safe
Do not share passwords or email codes. Betterzo will not ask you to disclose a sign-in code to a support agent. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password using the recovery page and contact our team.
